I LOVE those notifications that arrive this time of year: Some family or friend who is celebrating the successful completion of their education.

And I am invited to celebrate with them!
(what an honor)

In THIS moving speech, Oprah Winfrey encourages us ALL to celebrate our small wins. She says:

that truly build the foundation for our success."

This month, I am celebrating my own milestones alongside those graduates. 

And I am inviting you to celebrate YOUR OWN along with me!

An herbal tea farm is made up of thousands of...
  Seeds.
    Soil grains.
      Weeds pulled.
        Plants nurtured.

Let's celebrate!

Today I stayed focused + productive! *win*
Yesterday I had a productive meeting! *win*

As I make this a habit:
     Each brick
          Each seed
               Each soil grain
                    Each "win*
Creates greater momentum towards...

My Reality Check:
-LOOK how far I've come.
-ACKNOWLEDGE how much I've learned.
-SEE THE BEAUTY in the small moments of progress.

Pause
Look around  you
Behind you is a trail
Made of thousands of little achievements

That trail is the proof that...
You ARE BECOMING everything you are meant to be.

Savor the Journey

Don't Wait
Cap + Gown celebrations have their place.

However, there is potent life lived between those.

Sip that life.
Slowly.
Taste it.
Drink it in.

Each moment...
We can celebrate our arrival to it.
If we allow ourselves the joy and pleasure of doing so.

Dear Tea-Drinker,
